Everyone Is A Winner!
Your name will be entered into the drawing every time you recruit a new member at the regular, sustaining, patron or benefactor level. So, the more members you recruit, the better your chances to win. The member with the most recruits from April 1, 2008 through June 30, 2008 wins a $300 travel stipend to the professional society of their choice and is honored with a photo in the AWIS Magazine.
And, every participant will receive national recognition in AWIS’ bi-monthly e-digest, the Washington Wire.
How Does It Work?
For each new member you recruit at the regular, sustaining, patron or benefactor level between April 1 and June 30, 2008, your name will be entered into a drawing for great prizes.
It’s easy to recruit a new member! Simply ask the person to go to the AWIS website www.awis.org and click on JOIN. On the membership form, the person will be asked who referred them to AWIS. Make sure the person enters your name so you will be eligible for the prize drawing.
Or, just forward this membership application to your colleagues and remind them to write your name on the “Sponsor's Name/Who introduced you to AWIS” line! Feel free to forward your friends and colleagues an overview of member benefits as well:
