Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLP is an established full-service law firm with offices in Chicago, San Diego and Washington, D.C.  We seek a Technology Specialist for our San Diego office to assist in patent prosecution and drafting in the fields of biotechnology, chemistry and pharmaceuticals.  Must have a Ph.D. in either biological or chemical science.  Background in molecular biology, chemistry, particularly organic chemistry, immunology and/or biochemistry is preferred.  Post-doctoral and/or industry experience is a plus.

Candidate must possess written and oral communication skills, be highly detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in our San Diego office.
