Join MetroNY AWIS, Science Writers of New York (SWINY) and the NYU Chemistry Club Graduate Student Organization for our panel discussion on the book The Only Woman in The Room: Why Science is Still a Boy's Club, to be launched in September 2015.

The panel will feature the book author, Eileen Pollack and Clara Moskowitz, writer for Scientific American.

Books will be available for purchase and for signing.

Light refreshments will be provided. 

This event is FREE for MetroNY AWIS and SWINY members, but we ask for a $15 refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit will be refunded to you immediately after event attendance.

Non-members: $15 registration fee.
