The focus of this workshop is to provide individuals in STEM with an appreciation for how important mentoring is as well as the tools and techniques needed to maximize the value derived from a mentoring relationship, either as a mentor or protégé. This presentation will also address the mentoring and networking strategies that can be implemented to refresh and re-energize one’s career and provide information on the available resources related to effective mentoring.
