Show across the US. Through story telling and humor learn what was successful for making career changes and what led to setbacks. Life is what you make it, and you will see the simple concept of visioning what you want or what you need, will empower you to have control over your career.
Lyn Williams is currently a project engineering manager with Corning Inc., Life Sciences, in Union City, CA. She holds an MBA from NYU, a BS in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and a MS in Engineering and Business from Youngstown State University. With over fifteen years of experience in a variety of quality, product, and tooling roles at General Motors, the founder and CEO of an e-commerce and media company, and an engineering manager for one of the most innovative companies in the world, Lyn’s career continues to evolve. Her current passions are her four year old son, Armani, connecting her ever expanding network, Pokemon Go, and keeping up with any of the latest technologies.
This event is open to all scientists and non-scientists. You do not need to be an AWIS member to attend.
