According to the NSF, women hold less than a third of the positions in most STEM fields, despite being nearly half of the college educated workforce. What factors contribute to this gender gap and how do we promote a culture of leadership that includes women of all backgrounds? At this program, we will investigate strategies to help women move ahead and up in all areas of STEM, drawing from the knowledge of top women in business, technology and the life sciences.
