Getting Corporations to Disclose their Data

"Last month the SEC ruled that Exxon Mobil must include in the company's proxy statement my shareholder proposal requiring an annual report on gender pay equity.

 Without spending any money, I successfully challenged Exxon Mobil's legal experts. I wrote a simple request for an annual report on women's pay as a percentage of men's at difference levels of compensation."
