Women in Science: Assessing Progress, Promoting Action

Written by A. Ester Sztein, PhD, “Women in Science: Assessing Progress, Promoting Action” offers a window on the progress made to date on the status of women in science and engineering through the point of view of the speakers and participants of this National Conference, held at Smith College on June 2005. This report includes a comprehensive list of action items for corporations and academia derived from the contributions of the Conference's attendees.
